🛁 DIY Hydrating Body Wash with Castile Soap

You’ll need:

  • ½ cup Liquid Castile Soap

  • ¼ cup carrier oil (Sweet Almond, Jojoba, or Fractionated Coconut 🥥)

  • ¼ cup distilled water

  • 10–15 drops essential oil (Lavender, Peppermint, or Eucalyptus 🌿)

  • Optional: 1 tsp vegetable glycerin for extra moisture

Instructions:

  1. In a clean bottle, combine water and Castile soap.

  2. Add your chosen carrier oil.

  3. Add essential oils and glycerin if using.

  4. Shake gently to mix. Store in a squeeze or pump bottle.

How to use:

Apply to a loofah or washcloth, lather up, and rinse. Gentle enough for daily use.

Why it works:

  • Castile soap: cleanses without sulfates

  • Carrier oil: restores moisture

  • Essential oils: provide scent + therapeutic benefits

  • Glycerin (optional): boosts hydration
