Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a fun and festive homemade soap! This simple melt-and-pour recipe is great for beginners and makes a perfect seasonal gift.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb clear or white melt-and-pour soap base
- 1 tsp Sweet Almond Oil (for extra moisture)
- Green soap colorant
- 10 drops Peppermint Essential Oil (for a fresh scent)
- Gold mica powder (optional, for shimmer)
- Silicone soap mold
Instructions:
1️⃣ Melt the Soap Base – Cut the soap base into small chunks and melt it in a double boiler or microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring in between.
2️⃣ Add Oils & Color – Mix in Sweet Almond Oil and Peppermint Essential Oil. Add a few drops of green colorant until you reach the desired shade. Stir well.
3️⃣ Pour into Mold – Pour the mixture into your silicone mold. If using gold mica, lightly dust it on top for a festive touch.
4️⃣ Let it Set – Allow the soap to cool and harden for at least 2-3 hours.
5️⃣ Unmold & Enjoy – Once set, pop the soap out of the mold and enjoy your St. Patrick’s Day creation!
